- Students and Professor Bolker met with
client (Professor White)
for the first 45 minutes of session.
- Professor White has videotaped
students working with VGL and GeneX.
- He provided copies of GeneX
videos.
- He promised copies of VGL by
this week or next.
- Professor White has continued to
modify GeneX code.
- He will send to us his latest
version.
- We asked Professor White to
freeze his
latest version. Future code changes should be made by student
developers (only).
- Professor White asked for the following
functionality for Protex stand-alone(SA).
- A (graphical) history capability.
- A feature (tool) for comparing
different protein folding configurations.
- Students met in Ruchi's office
for the final
45 minutes of session. The following topics were discussed.
- ERS, final edits for hand-in
(due today).
- Task assignments.
- Design of Protex SA - Namita.
- Use-case XML Schema - Ruchi.
- GeneX user testing (videos) -
