algorithm plus GUI.
- Professor Bolker encouraged Namita to
forward to customer the latest version of folding code.
- David said that he will merge classes
and methods just added by Namita into his version of the code (Protex).
- Pradeep demonstrated his progress on the
new VGL GUI.
- He has implemented a history panel in
which are displayed as JLabels the contents of a JList.
- Pradeep will continue to work on the
new VGL GUI during the coming week.
- Ruchi asked for
- Help finding documents describing
"diff" algorithm as implemented on UNIX/Linux.
- David to check in his copies of
