Discussion: |
- Team members have reached a consensus on
the spelling of "GeneX." Ruchi will make sure that this
application is spelled consistently everywhere--in documents, on Web
sites and in code.
- Team members assigned tasks to resolve
problems with the recent MGX Alpha Release(s).
- Namita has already worked on the
formatting of documents at SourceForge.com.
- David will focus on problems with "jar"
files for GeneX and Protex.
- Do we really need so many "zip" files
in
the Release?
- Pradeep will work on an installer for
all MGX applications.
- This is a further attempt to reduce
the number of
"zip" files.
- Team members talked about goals for the
next release (Beta Release).
- Ruchi wants to implement the "diff"
feature.
- Namita offered to work on DnD for
Protex.
- Professor White really wants this
feature.
- Ruchi, Pradeep and David will work on
the testing of use cases.
- Ruchi will look into building three
separate bug lists at
SourceForge.com.
- Can Professor Bolker make GeneXplorer
part of MGX,
as he did VGL?
